One freestanding development sign identifying the HILLSIDE CROSSING II PROJECT. <br />This sign is permitted within the triangular corner of Gttdat G, 14IL-bSIDE CROSSING 11 <br />Lot 1 Block 1, HARLEY ADDITION. <br />3. This sign may have a maximum height of thiM-five (35� feet and width <br />of thirty -four (34) feet. Multiple tenants may be identified on this sign; as illustrated on <br />Attachment A. <br />Attachment A: <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />The proposed amendment will provide additional space between the Menards and additional tenant <br />signs, while also providing a uniform look for the sign. The proposed amendment will not impact <br />freestanding signs, other than Menards. <br />Staff supports the amendment to improve consistency with other commercial properties located along <br />Highway 169.
