EACH TOWNHOUSE WILL HAVE FOUNDATION <br />PLANTINGS. INDIVIDUAL UNIT LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOULD BE <br />PROVIDED. <br /> <br />21. THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF UNITS 57-60 SHALL BE SHIFTED TO <br />THE NORTH SO THAT IT ABUTS THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE OF <br />THOSE UNITS. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />22.
