An issued NPDES permit is required before grading can start. <br /> 3. Maintenance schedule for permanent stormwater BMPs is required. <br /> 4. Soil borings indicating groundwater depth and infiltration rates for the proposed <br /> infiltration basin location is required. Three feet of separation between the bottom of <br /> any proposed infiltration stormwater basin and groundwater is required (unless <br /> previously completed). <br /> 5.
