9. Houlton Restoration $10,000 <br /> This is a required local contribution to the FMR for restoration grants to restore native prairie/oak savanna <br /> to the agricultural fields. 168 acres of agricultural fields and adjacent grassland areas will be restored to a <br /> mixed height mesic native prairie. <br /> 10.Rivers Edge Commons Park Improvements $35,000 <br /> Complete maintenance needs at Rivers Edge Commons Park during the same time period as the park <br /> expansion project,including resetting of pavers due to settling,trellis painting, replacement LED lighting, <br /> and additional concrete around the fountain drains. <br /> 12.Wayfinding Signage $50,000 <br /> This is for the construction of a new entry sign and kiosk at Woodland Trails Park. Additionally, it will <br /> include installation of interpretive signs,trail marker signs, and boundary signs. These funds will be a <br /> local match to the Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission grant for the phase I <br /> development of the park. <br /> 14. Trott Brook Tennis Court Resurfacing $20,000 <br /> This will be utilized to repair structural cracks to the playing surface,reset the existing tennis court net <br /> poles and install a new tennis court surface with lines for tennis and pickleball. <br />
