The Commission,MORC members, and staff <br /> worked on a committee this past summer to develop the plan. The plan includes a list of project <br /> recommendations that can be considered by the Commission when reviewing the Park Improvement <br /> Fund. <br /> The Park Improvement Fund includes a recommendation for funding to construct bike trails at Hillside <br /> as outlined in the plan.
