She has indicated that she and her family will be moving <br />back to their hometown, Waterloo, Iowa. The city will miss Kristin, as she <br />has been very instrumental in developing the City's government cable <br />channel. We wish her well in her new endeavors. <br /> <br />Advertise to Replace Position <br /> <br />Because Kristin's last day will be October 13, 2000, we had to move on <br />advertising for the position. The ad is running in several newspapers and will <br />be placed on web sites of some local colleges. A copy of the ad is enclosed for <br />your reVIew. <br /> <br />Kristin previously completed a time spent position profile as requested by the <br />Personnel Committee. The results of the profile came back at 73 points <br />placing the position at a pay-grade 12 and at a wage range of $14.83 - $21.09 <br />per hour. The personnel committee has not had a chance to review this <br />information; therefore, I have advertised the position at a slightly lower <br />range than a pay grade 12. <br /> <br />Request to Hire Marissa Lee as a Temporarv Emplovee <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting to hire Marissa Lee at 15.00 per hour on a temporary basis <br />to provide the city with the capability of continuing to tape city meetings and <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway.
