Staff is <br /> evaluating results and will work with Dave Berg Consulting, LLC on the final report and <br /> recommendations that will be presented at the November Commission meeting. <br /> • Attend and participated in Climate Smart Municipals. Hosted the German delegation at <br /> the Elk River Landfill Gas Generation Plant. Attended a workshop on combined heat and <br /> power, new solar technologies, and water conservation projects at the University of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> • Delivered welcome bags containing customer information and a new energy saving LED <br /> lamp. The service territory in Area 2 is very diverse and has many different situations <br /> than Areas 1 A and 1B had. <br /> • Ramping up for the holiday season. Flyers are being finalized for the holiday lighting <br /> contest and associated promotions with local retailers. ERMU will be promoting this <br /> contest again this year with Community Education and the Star News. Please see <br /> attached information for details. <br /> • Rebate activity remains good on the residential and commercial programs. Low-income <br /> activity is very good compared to the last couple of years.
