Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the work session meeting of the Elk River <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Chair <br /> Anderson. <br /> 2. Hillside City Park Plan <br /> Mr. Hecker shared the Hillside City Park Plan. <br /> Commissioner Kallemeyn asked if there any hazardous waste concerns with the <br /> property being a former dump. <br /> Mr. Hecker stated no hazardous waste concerns were documented. <br /> Commissioners shared feedback regarding suggested changes to the plan. <br /> Council member Wagner questioned if not doing curb and gutter is okay when we <br /> require business's to put it in. Commission discussed that Class 5 would be <br /> acceptable for the type of park that it is. <br /> 3. Discuss Park Improvement Fund Projects <br /> Mr. Sevcik led discussion regarding the Park Improvement Fund. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, Chair Anderson adjourned the work session <br /> meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation Commission at 9:10 p.m. <br /> Minutes prepared by Tonya Love. <br />
