Proposed Building Materials The Country Crossings Center is a currently existing structure, and no renovations, alternations, or modifications are planned to the exterior of the building (aside Further, no modifications to the parking lot, building elevation, current utilities, landscaping, grading/drainage, or wetlands will take place. Renovations to the interior of the building will primarily be removal of internal walls and opening of space; there will be very limited construction inside the facility. As such, there are very few proposed building materials needed as part of the proposal. Construction of the shower, and any other internal build-outs that will need to be completed (none others are anticipated), will be completed fully in compliance with applicable design standards.
