The proposed plat is RIVER PARK MEADOWS which <br />consists of 20 single-family parcels and 3 OUtlots Two of the Outlots are the shared spaces used by the <br />multi -family structures adjacent to the proposed plat of RIVER PARK MEADOWS. The third Ol <br />contains the existing wetlands and is a drainage & utility easement on the proposed plat of RIVER PARK <br />MEADOWS. <br />This easement vacation is requested for the purpose of re -platting the attached property from parcels <br />designed for multi -family homes ilinto parcels designed for single-fam0y homes The existing drainage & <br />utility easements on RIVER PARK are designed for multi -family homes with shared uses. <br />The easement vacation is requested as the drainage & utility easements are no longer necessary or <br />compliant with single-family parcels. The single-family parcels on the proposed plat of RIVER PARK <br />MEADOWS are proposing new easements that are consistent with the City of Elk River Comprehensive <br />Plan <br />Description of Easements to be Vacated: <br />All: of the Drainage & Utility Easements on Lots 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, Block 3 of RIVER PARK, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br />
