An <br />additional change order is expected for minor electrical changes and painting beitIg delayed <br />until Spring due to weather. This change order totals $31,499. The attached forlm defines <br />each change, the amount, and the purpose. The main changes were caused by sealant <br />requirement around edge of cover, concrete repair, and additional removal costs ,due to the <br />change in cover condition between bid and construction, electrical changes, repU.cement of <br />existing process valves, and seal water for one of the pumps. <br /> <br />The Engineer's Estimate for this project was $810,000. The low bid was $609,750.
