<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />(Technical Standards- Live Origination Sites) <br /> <br />With respect to all sites listed in Exhibit A, the System shall meet or 4xceed the <br />following requirements: I <br />, <br /> <br />1. The System shall operate in conformance with thel' technical <br />standards promulgated by the FCC pursuant to Title 47, Section. 76.601 to <br />76.617, as may be amended or modified from time to time. <br /> <br />2. The System shall be capable of continuous 24-hourl operation <br />without signal degradation. ' <br />! <br /> <br />3. The System shall be capable of operation without failu$, material <br />performance changes or signal degradation over an outdoor temper*ure range <br />of -40 degrees F to +130 degrees F and over a variation in supply vol~ages from <br />105 to 130 volts AC. The System will provide access channel connections I up to the <br />demarcation point, both upstream and downstream, without matEtrial signal <br />degradation or deterioration and with signal quality equal to or bett1r than any <br />other channels. Material signal degradation or deterioration where lany signal <br />problem including ghosting or other audio or visual distortion or int~rference is <br />apparent without special testing.
