<br />The City Council of the City of Elk River has determined that Ordinance 04- ~ should be <br />published in summary form. <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE #04 - ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ADOPTING THE 2005 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City of Elk River does ordain: <br /> <br />On December 20,2004, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 04-~ <br />adopting the 2005 fee schedule. This Master Fee Schedule, referred to as Exhibit A, B, C, <br />and D has made slight increases and elimination of some of the City services and licensing <br />fees. To be increased: aerial topography maps; park dedication fees; SAC charges; surface <br />water management impact fees; escrow for consulting services dealing with zoning/planning <br />applications; and zone changes. Charges to be eliminated: some park reservation fees and <br />deposits. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the full text of the Ordinance and Master Fee Schedule, referred <br />to as Exhibit A, B, C, and D in Ordinance 04- 22 , is available for public inspection at the <br />office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours - <br />8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />TIus summary of Ordinance #04- ~ has been appro2"2d by d1e City Council, by at <br />least four-fifths vote, on December 20, 2004.
