Power Supply <br /> MMPA CELEBRATES 20 YEARS <br /> of POWER SUPPLY.- <br /> Power supply in the United States has changed greatly over the past 20 years. <br /> In this changing environment, MMPA's focus has been to maintain power supply <br /> flexibility to ensure that the Agency is best positioned to continue delivering <br /> reliable, competitively-priced power to our members, while creating value for <br /> the Agency and our members. MMPA takes a long-term approach to power <br /> supply planning that includes assembling a diversified portfolio of owned and <br /> purchased generation containing both conventional and renewable resources. <br /> Minnesota River Station <br /> The Minnesota River Station (MRS) is a 49 Built in two phases, FEP began operation as a <br /> MW power plant that provides local, reliable, simple-cycle facility in 2005 to satisfy the need <br /> peaking power for the Agency.
