Parks&Recreation Commission Work session Minutes Page 3 <br /> July 13,2016 <br /> The Commission discussed the option of taking out lots 9, 10, 11 on 188th Ave, to <br /> add more street frontage,the keeping or not keeping 187t Lane,and how to <br /> program it in the future <br /> Council member Wagner shared that the commission wants more street frontage and <br /> no programming needs are made at this point. <br /> Commissioner Niziolek wants this park to be like Trott Brook Farms Park in terms <br /> of street frontage,proximity to backyards, and programming. <br /> Mr.Jensen reminded the commission their company can only deal with the one half <br /> of the park at this time. <br /> The Commission stated they would like to see more street frontage, the same <br /> amount of land (4.7 acres),and less backyards abutting the park.They indicated they <br /> wanted to see this item again. <br /> 3.
