<br />ORDINANCE 04- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ADOPTING THE 2005 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section I. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, and the Elk River City Code, a fee <br />schedule for City services and licensing is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />2005 Master Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />(a) The Code of the City of Elk River establishes that certain fees be set from <br />time to time by the Elk River City Council. <br />(b) City staff has reviewed the current Master Fee Schedule for the City of <br />Elk River and is hereby recommending that the 2005 Master Fee <br />Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, B, C, and D be adopted. <br />(c) Upon consideration and review of the Elk River City Council, the 2005 <br />Master Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, B, C, and D is hereby <br />adopted and becomes effective January I, 2005. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published on December 29,2004 and shall <br />become effective beginning January 1,2005. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 20th day of <br />December 2004. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
