Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Public Library Board was <br /> called to order at 5:00 p.m.by. Jayne Dietz. <br /> It was determined a quorum was present <br /> 2. Consider Library Board Agenda <br /> Mary Eberley MOVED AND Kathleen Tracey SECONDED TO APPROVE THE <br /> AGENDA AS PRESENTED. MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> 3. Consider Secretary's Report <br /> • Kathleen Tracey MOVED AND Jayne Dietz SECONDED TO APPROVE THE MEETING <br /> MINUTES FROM THE September 25th,2012 MEETING AS PRESENTED. <br /> MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> 4. Consider Treasurer's Report. <br /> Mary Eberley MOVED AND Kathleen Tracey SECONDED TO APPROVE THE <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT AND FINANCIALS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER <br /> AND OCTOBER AND YEAR TO DATE FINANCIALS AS PRESENTED. <br /> MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> 5. Librarian's Report—Brandi Canter. <br /> The Board acknowledged the Librarian's report. <br /> Old Business <br /> a. Environmentally eco friendly salt is twice as expensive. Brandi will inquire more about the <br /> changes and effects before purchasing. <br /> b. Retirement parties for Mick Stoffers went well. <br /> • c.
