Multi-purpose Community Center Steering Committee Update <br /> Commissioner Holmgren shared a committee update. Stating that narrowing the <br /> focus on type of facility,location and financing has begun and that there is concern <br /> of the financial outlook of the differences between the options being looked at. Also <br /> looking at the big picture of what this will impact in the future of the Elk River <br /> community. <br /> I I. William H. Houlton Conservation Area Committee Update <br /> Commissioner Anderson shared update. Parking lot plans are dialed in,master site <br /> plan at the next meeting and hunting plan to council soon and the signage plan is <br /> being worked on. Building removal will happen soon. Friend's committee update; III <br /> sneak preview and campfire event, to view the property and being a part of the <br /> Friend's group. <br /> 12. Announcements <br /> Mr. Hecker shared the Woodland Trails Park Master Plan Open House event <br /> tomorrow. <br /> 13.
