We will keep a separate <br />file exclusive to the Elk itiver Police Department for all calls and submit monthly reports to <br />the Chief of Police. <br />We are familiar with MN Statutes 168B.06 and its subdivisions. We send out a certified <br />mailing notifying all current owners and lein holders within 5 business days. 9f no owners can <br />be found we will publish notification of impound in the local newspaper of general circulation <br />in the area from where the vehicle was impounded within 5 business days. <br />
