AvalabMty <br />Bob's Towing and Recovery Inc. has a minimum of two drivers available 24 hours a day seven <br />days a week. One driver per location is on-call to take the night calls and other drivers are <br />available when needed. We staff according to call volume and peak seasons and trained staff <br />is added when needed. There will be trucks stationed for Elk River and Big Lake. All drivers <br />are trained through the Minnesota Professional Towing Association program or wreckmaster <br />training. Our drivers are also trained firefighters, EMT or Paramedics. Our drivers are <br />uniformed, clean and professional. We understand that call response time is critical in many <br />cases and we work very hard to earn our spot and stay on top when the call comes in. We <br />hold ourselves up to a high standard in our field and will meet the response times required. <br />We fully understand we do not only represent ourselves but the agencies that put their trust <br />in us every day including representatives for the City of Elk River. <br />
