This <br />information provides the data necessary to overlay rate of participation onto the Primary Service <br />Area to determine market potential. <br /> <br />B*K takes the national average and combines that with participation percentages of the Primary <br />Service Area based upon age distribution, median income, region and National number. Those <br />four percentages are then averaged together to create a unique participation percentage for the <br />service area.
