PROJECT PURPOSE & GOALS <br />Prepare Master Plan for Woodland Trails Park to guide development and <br />investment for the next 20 years <br />Satisfy requirements of Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and <br />Trails Commission in order to access state funding for future park <br />improvements <br />Include the following Master Plan components: <br />• Development Master Plan <br />• Programming Plan <br />• Ecological/Land Resources Plan <br />• Cost Estimates <br />• Implementation Priorities <br />Hold an open house to obtain input from the community on issues, <br />opportunities, and future desires for the park <br />
