not had a chance to review the zoning changes since spring of 2015, and staff wants to ensure adequate <br />public comment time. Staff will make changes, as directed by Council, for adoption during the August 15 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Staff is also seeking approval from the Council to proceed on creating, modifying, and combining many <br />definitions as they relate to the land development regulations. A significant amount of our zoning uses <br />are not defined and over the years similar/repeat zoning uses within a district have been added to the <br />ordinance. For instance, Retail Sales Establishments are not defined but are referenced numerous times <br />in the ordinance. <br /> <br />Staff would like to begin incorporating new/modified zoning use terms and definitions with this new <br />FAST zoning district request.
