Staff will determine the final amount when the plat is <br /> released for recording. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Nystrom and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> request a minimum 30 foot easement along the railroad south of the Oudot A <br /> and if staff needs more easement to ask for it.
