HRA adopts resolution <br />recommending that the City Council approve the TIF No. 22 District and Plan. <br />Planning Commission and City Council approve Preliminary Plat for Jackson Block <br />and for Bluff Block. Planning Commission adopts resolution finding that the TIF <br />Plan conforms to the general plans for development and redevelopment for the city <br />as a whole. <br /> <br />November Staff requests HRA and City Council direction regarding project schedule. HRA and <br />City Council consensus on the following schedule: <br /> <br />2005 <br />Winter/Spring <br />Spring <br />Summer <br />Summer <br />Fall <br />Fall <br /> <br />Activity <br />Acquisition of Bluff properties completed <br />Construction of King Avenue parking lot <br />Demolition and environmental cleanup of Bluff, except USBank <br />Construction start of Jackson Block <br />USBank vacation and demolition <br />Bluff Block new construction start <br /> <br />City Council holds public hearing on the establishment ofTIF District No. 22 and <br />awarding of a business subsidy. Following the public hearing the City Council <br />adopts resolution approving the TIF Plan. <br />
