Training <br /> 5.1 Carefully-managed Investigations conducted by well-trained Investigators are <br /> among the most effective techniques available to law enforcement for addressing Crime. <br /> 5.2 All national training curricula supported by ICAC resources shall be conducted <br /> consistent with the Standards and shall be approved by OJJDP. <br /> 5.3 Commanders shall ensure that nominees to attend any ICAC-sponsored national <br /> in-person training are current Members. <br /> 5.4 Task Forces may develop and deliver Task Force training. This training shall <br /> comply with the Standards and shall be approved by the Commander.
