Jon Halter <br /> EDUCATION SUMMARY <br /> Anoka Ramsey Technical Mr. Halter is a construction observer for Hakanson Anderson. He has over <br /> College 25 years of construction experience at federal, state and local levels. He is <br /> responsible for administering and inspecting the construction of public <br /> St,Cloud State University works projects in the communities Hakanson Anderson serves. <br /> CERTIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE <br /> Mn/DOT Certification for Jon has extensive experience in the engineering consulting business as a <br /> Bituminous 1 &2 construction observer. His construction observation duties have included: <br /> street construction and reconstruction, sanitary sewer, pipe jackings and <br /> Mn/DOT Certification for borings, liftstations, watermain, water supply, storage and treatment <br /> Concrete 1 &2 facilities and storm sewer. Jon has the required Mn/DOT Certifications <br /> needed to perform Municipal State Aid Street inspections. Several project <br /> Mn/DOT Certification for examples of Jon's construction observation experience are listed below: <br /> Grading and Base 1 &2 <br /> PROJECT EXAMPLES <br /> NPDES Erosion Control Design <br /> Training EVERGREEN BLVD, CITY OF COON RAPIDS — This project is <br /> located in an industrial/business park and receives considerable traffic, <br /> including semi and large delivery truck traffic. This project involves the <br /> replacement of watermain throughout a majority of the project and <br /> reconstruction of the streets. Multiple coordination and staging efforts must <br /> be implemented to ensure minimal impact to the local businesses. The total <br /> cost of this MSA funded project was$4,500,000 <br /> MONROE STREET RENEWAL PROJECT,CITY OF ANOKA—This <br /> project consisted of the reconstruction of the street,replacement of sanitary <br /> sewer,replacement of watermain,and storm sewer in an existing residential <br /> neighborhood. The overall project costs were $1,500,000 and funding was <br /> obtained from assessments and local sources. <br /> CSAH 116 AND CASTLE FIELD BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> CITY OF ANOKA—This project involved the new construction of Castle <br /> Fields Boulevard and the intersection improvements necessary to <br /> accommodate the access to CSAH 116. Watermain was installed along the <br /> new road alignment and an underground infiltration system was constructed <br /> to mitigate the stormwater impacts. A signalized intersection was <br /> constructed to accommodate the access, which included modifications to <br /> the medians to construct turn lanes. The total cost of this project was <br /> $2,500,000. <br /> 185TH AVENUE, LAUREL ROAD AND LINCOLN DRIVE STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTION, CITY OF EAST BETHEL — This project <br /> involved the reconstruction of three state aid routes. This project included <br /> excavation of muck and the rebuilding of the subgrade to prepare the road <br /> for the pavement section. Storm sewer and drainage improvements were <br /> also constructed with this project.
