This project consisted of milling the bituminous wearing course, <br /> installing paving fabric to add strength and reduce reflection cracking, and constructing a new bituminous wearing <br /> course. Sub-surface drainage was also added in select locations and numerous storm sewer manholes were <br /> rehabilitated. <br /> Shortly after completing the plans for the MSA project,the City asked us to assist with plans and specifications for <br /> a local street rehabilitation project. This project was similar in scope to the MSA project, however, it was 100% <br /> City funded.
