Proposed Project Team and Experience - Section 4 <br /> A. Staff Commitment <br /> The team for this project was carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience and availability. Due to the <br /> importance we have placed in serving you, your team will include many of our key employees with a wealth of <br /> relevant experience. We have assembled a team of over 14 qualified staff members to complete the work <br /> efficiently, cost effectively and professionally. <br /> B. Design Team <br /> Craig Jochum, P.E., is proposed to be the Principal-in-Charge. As the Principal-in-Charge, Craig <br /> will periodically check in with the project team and ensure that adequate staff resources are being <br /> provided to meet the critical path. <br /> Shane Nelson, P.E., is proposed to be the Project Manager. Shane will be the day to day contact for <br /> the project and will be involved in all aspects of the project. Shane will be directly involved in the <br /> design and construction management of the project and direct the Hakanson Anderson team on specific <br /> assignments. <br /> Timothy Eggerichs,P.E., is proposed to be a Lead Design Engineer. Tim will lead the design on the <br /> project ensuring that adequate detail and design elements are incorporated into the plans. Tim will <br /> assign specific design and drafting tasks to other design engineers and technicians and assemble <br /> multiple elements to ensure a complete design. <br /> Adam Thiele, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Adam will carry out specific assignments <br /> and complete the design of individual project elements. <br /> Brent Larson, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Brent will carry out specific assignments <br /> and complete the design of individual project elements. <br /> Ethan Peterson, P.E., is proposed to be a Traffic Engineer. Ethan will analyze the preliminary <br /> geometric layout of CSAH 1,prepare models with traffic predictions, determine necessary stacking and <br /> turn lane lengths, analyze intersections, and propose modifications to the geometric layout as necessary. <br /> Proposed Project Team and Experience, Page 11 <br />
