Applicant is <br />responsible for contacting the fire marshal at 763.635.1110 to schedule an inspection after tent set up. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />Renaissance Fireworks requests a temporary sales/storage of fireworks license to sell fireworks from a <br />tent in the Elk Park Center parking lot located at 19211-19216 Freeport Street NW. The Fire Department <br />has reviewed and approved the site plan and application. <br /> <br />A general planning permit is also required in order to conduct sales from a tent.
