For purposes of compliance with Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission, this document, as the same may be supplemented or corrected by the City or the Commission from time to time,may be treated as a Preliminary Official Statement with respect to the Bonds described herein that is deemed final as of the date hereof (or of any such supplement or correction) by the City or the Commission. By awarding the Bonds to any underwriter or underwriting syndicate submitting a Proposal therefor, the Commission agrees that, no more than seven business days after the date of such award, it shall provide without cost to the senior managing underwriter of the syndicate to which the Bonds are awarded copies of the Final Official Statement in the amount specified in each Terms of Proposal.
