The City's <br /> governing body is the City Council, comprised of the Mayor and four Council members. Ms. Lori Ziemer is the City's Interim Finance <br /> Director and has served in this position since May 2016. The City has 146 employees. <br /> Services <br /> In addition to providing general governmental services, the City provides a full range of other services, <br /> including (but not limited to) police and fire protection, building and other safety inspections, planning <br /> and zoning, economic development, environmental services, parks and recreation, library, street, snow <br /> removal, and infrastructure maintenance and repair.
