Narrative for Gvm 365 / Club GA. / GA Wellness 365, LLC CUP Application <br /> The purpose of this request is to memorialize for the record and with a conditional use <br /> permit as required for the currently existing and continuing operation of the <br /> Athletic/Health Club facility business known as GYM 365. The GYM 365 was <br /> originally located in the Marcus theater bldg since on or about 1,998 and subsequently <br /> relocated to the 518 Freeport building starting on or about May 2010 <br /> The business is available for access by Members 24 hours a. day by key card access and <br /> is staffed by the Owners during the work day Monday through Friday. The usual and <br /> customary staff levels are one to two people on any given day. <br /> The business occupies 8,000 square feet of the building with the other portion of the <br /> property occupied by Flowers P'lus. There is ample parking with over 60 currently <br /> existing parking stalls. It is not proposed to change any of the currently existing, (since <br /> 2010), characteristics of the premises in regards to screening, landscaping, signage, or <br /> other improvements to the building interior, exterior, or grounds. There is no outdoor <br /> storage at the property. <br />
