Existing Ordinance <br /> A license issued or renewed under this division may be revoked or suspended upon finding <br /> of noncompliance with the provisions of this Code, including this article. Application for <br /> reinstatement of a suspended license shall be accompanied by an amount equal to 50 percent of <br /> the new license fee. Issuance of a new license after suspension or revocation shall be made in the <br /> manner provided for obtaining an initial license.
