Mr. Sandstrom has <br /> submitted all the necessary materials and has successfully completed a kennel inspection by the Police <br /> Department. Kennels are inspected annually prior to renewal of the license to ensure the applicant is <br /> meeting the requirement of the ordinance pertaining to private kennels. <br /> A Conditional Use Permit is required for this license because the property is less than five acres in the <br /> R1 zoning district.
