Fees for services are <br />reviewed by staff and Council on an annual basis to ensure that fees charged cover the <br />services that are provided by the city. In the attached fee schedule, the proposed changes are <br />highlighted in red. The current fee amount to be changed or eliminated is illustrated with a <br />strikethrough. State law requires any fees dealing with land use to be enacted through <br />ordinance with a public hearing. This information tonight is for your review and <br />consideration with the public hearing to be held on December 20, 2004 for formal action. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />.
