The report states there is an abundance of parking at the store with the <br />existing conditions. <br /> <br />We have since discussed this question further, and wish to advise you that Wal-Mart Stores desires <br />to build the parking at this time, rather than waiting to see when it is needed. If it is not built, after <br />the expansion there actually will be a decrease of 20 parking spaces on the site.
