The plat consists of 40 multiple-unit lots and a <br />common lot for the area lying generally notth of the park area and west of Yankton Street. <br />We fmd the final plat to be in conformance with the approved preIiminaty plat. This fmal <br />plat completes the final platting of the entire West Oaks subdivision. We would recommend <br />approval of the West Oaks 3,d Addition Final Plat. <br /> <br />. <br />One thing we would note, however, is that the development plan that has been previously <br />submitted and approved for the entire West Oaks subdivision needs to be re-submitted for <br />the plat of West Oaks 3n1 Addition. The reason is that the lot numbering will be different <br />given the fmal plat of the 3,d Addition. By re-submitting it with the correct lot numbering, it <br />will make it easier for the building officials to review building permit applications for each of <br />the buildings.
