1. Development agreement shall be signed, outlining costs and responsibilities to the <br />satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br />2. All required wetland Permits must be obtained prior to commencing <br />work on the site. Grading Vermits required as allowed upon engineer's approval <br />of plan areas. <br />3. Parcels below 65 feet in width shall be platted on a parcel 12 feet from the rear of the <br />building. The remaining land between buildings and right-of-way shall be platted into a <br />single parcel under common ownership of the homeowners association <br />
