Two fire extinguishers must be placed near the area of the fireworks display. One extinguisher <br />must be a water-based pressurized extinguisher. <br />2. The Fire Department must conduct an inspection of the fireworks display prior to firework sales. <br /> Applicant is responsible for contacting the fire marshal for an inspection at 763.635.1110 after the <br /> firework display is set up. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />The following retailers request renewal of their sales/storage of retail fireworks license: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Coborn’s Foods, 19425 Evans Street NW <br /> <br />2.Cub Foods, 19216 Freeport Street NW <br /> <br />3.Menards, 19521 Evans Street NW <br /> <br />4.Walmart, 18185 Zane Street NW <br /> <br />The applications have been reviewed and approved by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
