City Council Minutes <br />April 18, 2016 <br />Page 15 <br />Mayor Dietz noted the city did have classes at the course in the past. He noted the <br />Council will be considering all options. <br />Councilmember Wagner noted the Council has thrown out many ideas; more than <br />selling it as a housing development. She stated it would be great to keep Pinewood as <br />a golf course if it makes sense. She stated there is a limit to what the city can spend <br />to subsidize the course. She noted the city did hold camps, lessons and tournaments <br />at the course in the past. She questioned if the city or a private business should be in <br />the golf course business. <br />9.7 Succession Planning in Park Maintenance Lead Position <br />Mr. Hecker presented the staff report. <br />Council had no concerns. <br />10.
