Park/Program Highlight <br /> Mr. Benoit highlighted the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Santa in the Park <br /> event. <br /> 6. Discussion Items <br /> 6.1 Park Dedication Fees <br /> Mr. Carlton presented his staff report. <br /> Commissioner Anderson expressed that there will be an unlikeliness to charge more <br /> for industrial and we need to comply with state law.Also asking if the city can use <br /> the county assessment for industrial and commercial and a study on residential? <br /> Mr. Carlton stated it is an option however the city council has not discussed that <br /> option. 10 <br /> Commissioner Nystrom clarified how the county evaluates the land. <br /> Mr. Carlton stated they would use the county evaluation and take into consideration <br /> if there are wetlands on property and not charge for that portion. <br /> 6.2 Skate Park Design Services <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Commission members agree with vendor chosen. <br /> 7. Action Items <br /> 7.1 Multi-purpose Community Center Task Force <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report.
