Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 7.4 Meadows of Elk River Second Addition <br /> Resolution for Final Plat <br /> Resolution for Easement Vacation <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. He discussed the revised plat. <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing for both the final plat and the easement <br /> vacation. There being no one to speak to these issues,Mayor Dietz closed the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Olsen to adopt Resolution 16-21 granting final plat for Elk River Crossing, <br /> LLC. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Burandt <br /> to adopt Resolution 16-22 vacating an easement for Elk River Crossing, LLC. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 7.5 Conditional Use Permit to Establish Planned Unit Development for <br /> Multi-use Building, Modern Construction, Lot 4, Block I, Mississippi <br /> Ridge 2nd Addition <br /> Mr. Carlton stated the applicant withdrew his application. No action was needed. <br /> 7.6 City of Elk River Ordinance Amendment Relating to Solar Energy <br /> Ms. Mroz presented the staff report. She reviewed the ordinance as noted in her <br /> presentation. <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing.
