The <br />community's vision for growth includes inclusionary <br />housing and permanent affordability policies. The <br />housing project is planned to begin construction in <br />spring of 2005. <br /> <br />North Branch envisions an exceptionally well <br />designed, master-planned development with a mix <br />of business and residential uses, housing choices <br />that will serve families of all income levels, <br />community facilities and open space components- <br />all in a planned area that utilizes proven cost <br />reduction techniques and the best in community <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />planning and design.
