INTRODUCTION <br /> A. Request <br /> RP3, LLC, a wholly owned entity of Paxmar, LLC, is requesting the approval to slightly <br /> modify the existing PUD design and reauthorize the preliminary plat of 3 parcels that are <br /> part of the River Park residential neighborhood.
