Consider Resolution canvassing the results of the November 2, 2004, general <br />election <br />5.2. J oint meeting with the EDA to discuss industrial <br />5.3. Discuss employee health insurance proposals <br />5.4. Discussion on the Natural Resources Inventory report/project <br />5.5. City Council Open Forum. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the Mayor will not be available for this November 8, 2004 worksession. <br /> <br />Last month when the worksession agendas were reviewed, it was noted that it may be advantageous <br />due to the workload to have a special Council worksession on the fourth Monday of November <br />(there are five Mondays in November 2004). If the City Council would like to hold a special <br />worksession on November 22, 2004, the draft agenda looks like the following: <br /> <br />2.1. City Council Open Forum <br />2.2. Boys and Girls Club - Charter School discussion <br />2.3. Discuss implementation of the Transportation Plan <br />a. Consider Proposal for CR 40 Improvements <br />2.4. City Administrator - City of Elk River work program <br />a. Review and discuss the three sections of the work plan: organizational <br />management, Council/ staff relations, and governance <br />b. Adoption of the work plan <br />c. Follow-up on the three Brimeyer worksessions (held in spring 2004) on the <br />governance section of the work plan <br />d.
