<br />Elk River Business Park - P 04-22 <br />November 1, 2004 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Those voting against the approval were concerned with the erosion of the business park by <br />additional commercial development which may result in the ultimate demise of the business <br />park. <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council deny the request to change the land use designation <br />for Lot 1, Block 1 Elk River Business Park from Light Industrial to Highway Business for <br />the reasons noted above. <br /> <br />If the land use request is approved, the City Council should then act on the remaining three <br />requests. If the Conditional Use Permit and PrelinUnary Plat requests are approved, they <br />should be subject to: <br /> <br />I. ALL CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL ELK RIVER CROSSING <br />PUD, INCLUDING THE DESIGN STANDARDS. <br />2.
