<br />No additional environmental controls are proposed. <br /> <br />Subsection J . <br /> <br />Administration of the Development District <br /> <br />Administration of the Development District is the responsibility of the City Administrator, under the <br />supervision of the City Council. Public streets, parklands, and other public property are the responsibility <br />of the City Public Works Department and shall be maintained in the same manner as all other public <br />property in the City.
