A Uniform Commercial Code search and a state: and federal tax <br /> lien and bankruptcy search against Borrower and Guarantors. <br /> The: searches shall be certified by a reporting service <br /> acceptable to Lender and shall be free of any judgments, <br /> interest or liens that may adversely affect the collateral. <br /> securing each loan. <br /> d. Owner' s Duplicate Certificate of Title covering the Project, <br /> if any. <br /> 5 <br />
