That § 30-1584 (e),MU-ERP mixed use Elk River Plaza district of the City of Elk <br /> River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> (e) Signage. <br /> (2) Permanent signs. <br /> f. One on-premise pre-order board per drive thru lane up to a maximum of 20 <br /> square feet. Pre-order boards are allowed to have a message on one side only and <br /> may not contain advertising. Pre-order boards shall not have a speaker or <br /> communication system installed. <br /> SECTION 4. That § 30-880 (b),XCR extreme commercial recreation district of the City of Elk <br /> River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> (b) Permanent signs. <br /> (6) One on-premise pre-order board per drive thru lane up to a maximum of 20 square <br /> feet. Pre-order boards are allowed to have a message on one side only and may not <br /> contain advertising. Pre-order boards shall not have a speaker or communication <br /> system installed. <br /> SECTION 5.
